When you create an account and upload utility bills or energy data, we store that data securely so you can access it across visits. This includes billing periods, energy usage values, costs, and the original uploaded files.
If you use the app without an account, your data is processed in your browser and is not stored on our servers.
Your energy data is used solely to provide you with analysis, trends, and insights within the app. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
Data is stored in a secure, encrypted database hosted by Supabase (AWS US-West-2). Uploaded files are stored in private cloud storage accessible only to your account. All connections use TLS encryption.
You can delete your saved energy data at any time from the History page. Deleting an upload removes the billing periods created by that import. Deleted data is soft-deleted first so the app can support short-term undo and recovery flows. If you want your data permanently removed, contact us.
