Animated Energy provides software for uploading, organizing, and analyzing utility bills and interval energy data. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the accuracy of the data you upload. You may only connect utility accounts and upload files you are authorized to use.
You may not use the service to break the law, abuse third-party systems, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious content. We may suspend access if necessary to protect the service or other users.
The service provides estimates, summaries, and informational analysis only. Appliance breakdowns, benchmarking, and other derived outputs are approximate and should not be treated as engineering guarantees, utility billing determinations, or legal advice.
We may change, improve, or discontinue features at any time. External integrations such as utility OAuth providers may be unavailable or unreliable, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can manage saved uploads from History, including deleting uploads that you no longer want associated with your account.
